Refund Policy for Arkansas Institute of Health

This Refund Policy applies to all classes, courses, and services provided by Arkansas Institute of Health, an Arkansas-based business offering CPR training and certification. By enrolling in any class or course, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with applicable Arkansas laws.

General Terms

  • All Sales Final: All sales of classes, courses, and related services are final, with the exception of manufacturer warranties on any physical products provided (where applicable). No refunds will be issued except as explicitly stated in this policy.

Class Attendance and Completion

  • Class Deemed Taken: A class shall be deemed taken, and full payment shall be due, if the student remains in the class for 1 hour or more.
  • Failure to Complete: Payment is due in full for the class even if the student fails to successfully complete all elements of the course, including but not limited to written tests, skill check-offs, or other requirements.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • No-Show or Late Cancellation Fee: Students who fail to attend a scheduled class (no-show) or who fail to provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to the class start time shall be charged a $75 fee or forfeit any deposit, whichever is applicable. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any potential refund if eligible under other terms.

Exceptions and Legal Rights

While we strive to provide flexible options, refunds are limited as described above. If you have any questions or need to request a cancellation, please contact us at 870-317-7954 as soon as possible.

This policy is effective as of May 22nd, 2025 and may be updated from time to time. Continued enrollment after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under Arkansas consumer protection laws.
